• Shipping Domestic Shipping

  Freight Shipping
  • Large items are shipped via LTL freight carriers, including: engines, transmissions, cradles/crossmembers, hoods, fenders, bumpers, doors, trunk lids/tailgates, seats, dash panels, sunroofs, headliners, and exhaust systems.
  • The listed shipping price is for delivery to the nearest freight terminal ONLY, unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery to a business, commercial, or residential address is available for an additional charge and must be quoted prior to purchase.
  • We will provide the name, address, and phone number of the nearest freight terminal where your shipment will be available for pickup. The buyer must arrange appropriate transportation to safely transport the freight item.
  • The buyer must respond to all calls or communications from the freight carrier regarding delivery or terminal pickup. Freight shipments not picked up within 2 business days of arrival at the terminal may be returned at the buyer's expense.
  • Freight items are palletized, securely strapped, crated, and shrink-wrapped to help protect them during transit.
  • Before shipment, the buyer must provide a complete shipping address (or business address), contact name, and a valid phone number. Orders will not be shipped until all required shipping information has been received.
  • Shipping and processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once a shipment leaves our facility, carrier transit times and delays are beyond our control.
  • All freight shipments must be thoroughly inspected before accepting delivery or signing the delivery receipt.
  • If the shipment arrives with visible damage, do not sign the delivery receipt. Refuse the shipment and immediately contact us. Signing the delivery receipt indicates that the shipment was received in acceptable condition and may prevent a freight damage claim from being filed.
  • Freight damage caused during shipping must be reported before the delivery receipt is signed. Once the shipment has been accepted and signed for, we cannot guarantee approval of a freight damage claim or accept returns for shipping-related damage.
• Warranty
  • Our parts carry a 6-month warranty. The warranty period begins on the date the buyer takes possession of the part.
  • All parts are tested before and/or after removal from the donor vehicle to help ensure proper operation.
  • Warranty is valid if OUR part was installed by a certified mechanic, diagnostic testing was completed, and both the installation and diagnostic results are clearly stated on the repair invoice. Photos of our installed part, including "EAP" identification marking, must also be provided.
  • If OUR part was self-installed, the warranty is valid ONLY if the issue is diagnosed by a certified mechanic and the diagnosis is clearly documented on the repair invoice. Photos of our installed part, including "EAP" identification marking, must also be provided.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, modification, disassembly, tampering, abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • The warranty does not cover labor, programming, calibration, diagnostic charges, towing, loss of use, or any other incidental or consequential expenses.
  • Warranty claims must be approved by us before the part is removed or returned. Failure to contact us prior to removal or return may void the warranty.
  • If a replacement part is not available, a full refund will be issued.
• Returns
  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Returned parts must be in their original, unaltered condition, exactly as they were received. Parts must be returned with all original packaging, protective wrapping, and any protective materials used to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Most of our parts are shipped with a security seal and/or are marked with our "EAP" identification marking. Returns and warranty claims may be denied if the security seal has been removed, damaged, or altered, or if the "EAP" identification marking has been removed or cannot be verified.
