CONDITION:
This door was removed from a 1973 3.0S. It is in fair condition. There are several horizontal deep scratches. Some have been poorly touched up with a paint pen. The longest scratch shows signs of rust underneath the paint and the paint is beginning to spider crack. There are some areas of bubbling rust on both the front and rear lower corner. None of the rust goes all the way through the panel but some of it is deeper than the surface. There are also minor scratches and a bit of tarnishing on the chrome window surround and door handle. The mirror has been removed and is not included. The mounting holes for the mirror are rusted and slightly misshapen. The rubber seal is cracked and dry rotted. The window regulator, door trim and interior door panel are NOT included. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.

Left = Driver side, Right = Passenger side
Reference to driver/passenger side is for left hand drive cars, so for RHD vehicles (UK/Japan/Australia, etc.) please reverse the side indicated.
What does the production month mean?
When the fitment information includes a production month this means the part will only fit some of the cars within a given model year, depending on what month the car was manufactured. Production for the \"model year\" usually begins in September of the previous calendar year, so if you have a 1995 model BMW it will have been produced anywhere between 9/94 - 8/95. Some cars begin their production earlier than September, such as the first year production for a new model.
For example, if we say the part fits 04/95 - 99 it will fit those cars with a production date of April 1995 to 1999 model year cars. Or if we say the part fits 99 - 05/99 it will fit 1999 model year vehicles and up to and including those with a production date of 04/99.
