This is a custom-fit 3D-printed phone mount that securely attaches to the ‘honeycomb’-style HVAC vents in all 2023 to 2026 Honda HR-V and 2025+ Acura ADX models. It features a 3D-printed adapter which is designed to be ‘wedged’ into the small gaps between the HVAC vents and their plastic surround, allowing for a secure and stable fit while being easily removable. The adapter can be positioned anywhere along the driver or passenger HVAC vents, allowing flexible orientation based on your preference. It also features a 17MM-diameter pivot ball end for easy attachment to most automotive phone holders, 4 styles of which can be bundled with the adapter for a complete solution. This design eliminates the guesswork of universal mounts that may not properly fit your vehicle, offering a clean, adjustable solution that installs in seconds.

Compatibility:• 2023-2026 Honda HR-V• 2025+ Acura ADX• Fits ONLY in the HVAC vent bezels in these models and year ranges; will NOT fit in other Honda / Acura models (CR-V, etc.) with similar ‘honeycomb’-style vents due to sizing differences!

*The basic magnetic mount is NOT recommended for phones over approximately 200g or those with thicker cases due to strength limitations of the included metal sheets.

Wireless Charging Mounts:• The optional MagSafe wireless charger attachment has been selected and tested for good real-world performance, but charging speed will vary by phone, case, battery level, temperature, power source, and usage.• A reliable 20W or greater QC 3.0 / USB-C PD power source is strongly recommended for proper charger performance. Please verify that your vehicle or 12V adapter provides adequate power before ordering.• Older or low-output USB sources (including 12V adapters, FM transmitters, head units, and factory USB ports) may result in slow charging or gradual battery drain during heavier use such as navigation and music streaming.• Performance issues caused by an inadequate or incompatible power source do not immediately indicate a defective charger.

Installation Guide:• Take the 3D-printed adapter piece and, with the ball end angled downwards, wedge the bottom prong into the gap between the vent and the lower lip of the surrounding trim piece at the location where you’d like the mount to be installed.• Then, press down on the upper prong to compress it and pivot it inwards towards the face of the vent. Once the upper prong is positioned around where the gap is between the vent and bezel, you can release the tension on it, so it flexes upwards to wedge into the opposing trim gap. Ensure the bottom prong doesn’t pop out of the gap it’s already been seated in, and that you’re applying enough pressure on the top prong so that it doesn’t scratch the vent bezel while mounting.• You may need to apply light additional pressure on the face of the vent itself and/or on the upper or lower prong to make sure the adapter is fully wedged into the gaps. You can then lightly shake and pull on the adapter to make sure it is secure.• Install the phone mount onto the pivot ball end of the adapter by unscrewing the fastening nut from the back of the mount, slipping the nut over the round ball end of the adapter, pressing the mount on to the ball, and then tightening the nut down on the back of the mount by rotating it counterclockwise (since the mount is facing towards you).• IMPORTANT: ensure you properly loosen the fastening nut on the phone mount BEFORE attempting to rotate or adjust it. If the nut is still tightly attached and you attempt to rotate it, you will risk bending or breaking the 3D-printed adapter piece. Simply unscrew the nut to rotate and adjust, then re-tighten it when you have the mount in the most comfortable spot. I will NOT provide free replacements for broken adapters due to improper installation / adjustment of the phone mount.• You can remove or relocate the adapter piece at any time by inversing the steps outlined above; remove the phone mount from the ball end by unscrewing the nut and then pulling the assembly off, then the adapter is removed by compressing the top prong to pivot it out of the gap, after which the bottom prong can be angled and pulled outwards.
Usage & Safety:• Install and adjust the mount only while parked. Do not operate or adjust your phone while driving.• Do not position your device where it may obstruct visibility, controls, displays, or airbags.• Always verify that the assembled mount securely holds your phone before driving. Discontinue use if any component becomes loose, cracked, damaged, or excessively worn.
