Complete Vintage Freshwater Johnson Evinrude Starter Assembly # 380239, MGD-4102:

Complete freshwater starter assembly that I took off of a 1974 40 horsepower Evinrude outboard. The starter is a Prestolite MGD 4102, OEM part # 380239. Included is a # 383622 solenoid, 305084 bracket, 380240 support bracket and 11-tooth starter drive. This assembly will work on a Johnson/ Evinrude 40 horsepower outboard built from 1971 thru 1976. The starter by itself may work on other years and models but the brackets will not. I am retired but still have the parts books, so I verified this. If not sure of fitment send me your model number and I will follow up.
