-Remove shift-rod from transmission shift arm.
-Install Neutral Assist Bracket onto transmission shift arm. If removing and reinstalling shicomponents onto spline, try to make the shift arm and transmission shift arm as parallel as possible.
NOTE:1.For Must have OEM transmission arm PN-33900175. Non OEM, straight style shift arms will not work.
2.The included bolt nut may no go for touring models，It may too long to hits the cylinder，But you can used the OEM bolt nut.
