To qualify as a valid core:
- Must have the same part number as you ordered.
- Must be complete, no missing parts or damages.
- Not burned, melted or flooded (from flooded vehicle).
- Must have no previous repair attempts or be sealed.

If your issue was misdiagnosed, your problem was not fixed by replacing the part, or you ordered the wrong part, you can return it within 15 days for a refund.
