Left front ( right hand threads) hub for accessory Buffalo ( also known as House) wire wheels as used on Model T Fords, proper one for a T Ford not an adaptation. This is their #3 size, since it is right hand threads it could be made into a spare wheel mount. It had a speedometer gear tach welded on but that has been removed hence the grinding marks. Bearing races are still remaining and tight in the hub so the hub is not worn and new races will fit tight. Good shape not cracked or ever repaired and needs no repairs. The 2 light colored spots on the drive corrugations are just paint!Happy to answer any questions or take pictures.
