They are brand new in the original box, HOWEVER, the adhesive tape could and most likely is degraded. Package is dusty and torn in places. See pics. Boxes have not been opened and contents have never been removed. The lenses are perfect but need to be cleaned. Includes all original parts: two halogen bulbs, mounting brackets and hardware, wiring harness, and illuminated switch with panel. You'll need to pick up (4) 1/4-20 x 1/2 pan head screws and Nylox lock nuts from your local hardware store to mount these.
