Aqua Hot/Hydro Hot/Webasto Rebuild Service. Send in your Webasto 2010 burner. We will rebuild and ship back to you. We will replace all bearings & gears,fuel pump,o-rings, seals, grommets, flame sensor, nozzle, improved Love Joy style motor coupling(much improved over Plastic OEM) rebuild fuel shut off, electric motor will be rebuilt by A1 Auto Electric, electrodes will be cleaned and set, air shutter will be set with exhaust gas analyzer. Unit will be bench tested for fuel pressure and motor RPM and tested on an Aqua Hot unit for two hours. Burner control module is not included but if you want you can send it with your unit and we will test it on our new bench tester and give you a report, free of charge. Turn-around at our shop is usually 4 to 5 days. If you need it faster we can send you one we have already rebuilt, as soon as your old one arrives at our shop. We have to have your old one first, because Aqua hot has had several variations of the burner wiring and fuel line plumbing, over the years. Customer pays shipping to us. We pay for the return to you.
