2- Our Lithium-Ion Batteries will operate and charge perfectly fine in vehicles with correctly operating STOCK/OEM charging systems, BUT if using a Lithium Battery in a pre 1995 vehicle you MUST make sure you have updated the voltage regulator and check the charging system for proper charging.This is especially important in 1960s - 1980s Japanese bikes, and 1960 - 1990s Harley Davidsons that are commonly "Rehabilitated" or "Customized".CAUTION: Failure to check your charging system or having a defective charging system and/or voltage regulator can cause dangerous overcharging of the battery and have potential for damage to the battery, or vehicle. This may include swelling, expanding, thermal runaway, or explosion of the battery.
