Common Misdiagnosis Causes:

Exhaust cross-interference causes abnormal readings and drift

Aftertreatment system failures show as false sensor faults

Loose wiring and connectors lead to intermittent faults

Insufficient working temperature results in warm-up timeout error

Gradual sensor aging, not sudden damage

Wrong model, lost calibration or software incompatibility

Maintenance Diagnosis Tips：
High downstream NOx: Check urea, catalyst and ammonia slip first

Low reading & DPF clog: Probe covered by carbon, poor airflow

Fault when hot, normal when cold: Loose wiring or corroded connector

New sensor still errors: Wrong model, lost calibration or system fault

Warm-up error in, short trips: Insufficient temperature, not sensor damage

WARRANTY: APNUWAER offers a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty. It is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the entire warranty period from the date of purchase.
