After clutch replacement, the transmission may require the proper Transmission Adaptive Learning / Clutch Adaptive Learning procedures using appropriate diagnostic equipment.

A new clutch assembly will not correct unrelated transmission problems such as a faulty TCM, actuator, wiring issue, internal transmission damage or fluid contamination.

The installer should inspect the transmission/input shaft seals for leaks or contamination before installing the new clutch.
