This expressedwarranty covers only the aforementioned items, their internal parts, seals,O-rings, and gaskets.ABUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PARTS ADDED PERIPHERALLY (ie: inner tie rods andboots), andROAD CONDITIONS are specifically NOT covered by the warrantyagreement.BENT SHAFTS, TIE RODS, and HOUSINGS are specifically NOT covered by warranty.This warranty covers ONLY the part purchased fromssbstore2018.ssbstore2018 assumes or accepts NOresponsibility for any expenses incurred for the removal orre-installationof the purchasedpart. There is no expressed or implied warranty for any laborperformed. Labor costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser ofthe above-mentioned parts. The original purchaser of the part will be theonly party to which this warranty applies. There is no stipulation ofwarranty to anyone but the original purchaser.Anyone attempting toexecute this warranty that is not the original purchaser of the product willcause the warranty to immediately VOID.Should any of the above mentioned products prove defective in material orworkmanship within the specified warranty period, the purchaser must return thedefective part tossbstore2018 with a prepaid shipping label which will be used to provide thepurchaser the replacement part.ssbstore2018 assumes or accepts nowarranty responsibility for the cost of shipping either the defective part orthe replacement part.The serial number of the part returned MUST match the serial number stated onthe invoice of purchase for any warranty agreement to be executed.Your dated invoice is your warranty certificate and establishes youreligibility for said warranty.This stated warranty is limited to one replacement part per lifetime and isnon-transferableunder any circumstances.ssbstore2018 , at our option, willreplace or repair the warranty part free of charge, and then return thereplacement part using the prepaid shipping label provided by the purchaser.For anyssbstore2018warranty claims requestingcross shipping (ssbstore2018 ships replacement part while awaiting alleged defective part to bereceived), the purchaser is obligated to providing a prepaid shipping label tothe shipping location and provide a 100% deposit based upon the retail cost ofthe item. The deposit will be immediately returned to the purchaser uponreceipt of the alleged defective part via PayPal.
