The tubular design bar is powder-coated half in orange and half in black for aesthetic appeal. The material is known for its strength, and the coating will enhance the life, protecting the bar from corrosion, rust, changing weather conditions, scratches, dents, and more.

Dimension Details: It’s a 40-inch-long combination winch bar with a 5\" long and 1-5/8\" wide square head. The middle tube section has a diameter of 1-5/16\", whereas the end connecting point has a diameter of 7/8\" (6 mm thickness). The bar will easily fit in winches for tightening straps inside the winches (portable winch, sliding winch, lashing winch, combination winch, etc.) and chain load binders for adjusting the tension of the binders (via square head). Meanwhile, to tension the chain binder, insert the handle tip into the square head part of the bar and continue the to-and-fro motion. Repeat the process until it reaches the desired tension.
