We WILL NOT pay for return shipping for parts ordered in error. If you order the incorrect part and start a return selecting the reason to be anything otherwise, you will be reported to in order to recoup shipping fees.
All Ford branded parts are genuine Ford OEM part. We purchase directly from Ford Components in bulk, which means the parts may not come in traditional dealer-branded packaging. Additionally, part numbers are removed (dremeled off) per our pricing agreement with Ford Components to ensure any returns are processed through us and not a dealership. Rest assured, the quality and fitment are identical to what you’d receive from a order will be shipped within 1 business days (MON-FRI excluding holidays) of receiving payment and you should expect to receive it five to seven days via US Postal Service or UPS Ground Standard Shipping unless another shipping method is chosen.
