UHMWPE Dunnage Lumber 4" x 4" x 6' is ideal for steel coil hauling and dunnage applications. This product is beveled on one side to a 45° angle with a maximum load capacity of 57,600 lbs. Compared with traditional lumber, it is better suited to applications that require protection from wear, waterproofing, and corrosion resistance. This product is UV-protected to some extent and keeps it safe from oils, fuels, solvents, and road contaminants. It helps reduce frequent replacements and long-term material outlay compared to traditional lumber. This ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene dunnage lumber from Mytee Products is also designed to look and function like standard dunnage lumber.

Heavy-Duty Material: This dunnage lumber is made of UHMWPE. When compared with traditional lumber, this material is better for heavy-duty applications. It also offers strong protection against oils, fuels, solvents, and road contaminants, making it a more reliable choice in demanding transport and industrial environments. This lumber won't corrode, will not absorb water, and has superior wear tolerance.
Load Capacity: With a maximum load capacity of 57,600 lbs, this product was designed to support steel coil transport. This dunnage supports steel coils where strength and stability are critical when transferring the coil during transport or while loading and unloading.
Bevel Design: The one-sided 45° bevel allows for improved load positioning. This design allows the pad to handle the load better and improves the seating under the load. This can be easily placed with the help of a coil pad, which supports the outer layer of the coil.
Abrasion Resistance and Wear Life: The dunnage lumber is designed to withstand substantial load limits, which proves it is suitable for repeated heavy-duty use.
