All parts are used and are sold as-is with no warranty unless otherwise stated. Components are tested for proper function unless specifically noted. Products are used unless specified and may show signs of wear.
Buyer is responsible for confirming fitment and compatibility before purchase.
Any wear items on used parts purchased are recommended to be replaced. Examples of wear items include: bushings, bearings, filters, brake pads, wiper blades, belts, spark plugs, lines, etc. Parts including wear items are sold in great, good or fair condition, however, it is recommended to replace wear items if desired - this is not the responsibility of the seller.
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Seller is not liable for any damage, injury, or improper operation resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or modification of the item.
All parts sold that are intended to be fluid-filled (example: differentials, transmissions, engines, etc) are shipped DRAINED per shipping regulations. Buyer responsible for refilling fluids as necessary prior to operation.
Returns are not accepted, except in cases where the item is proven to be faulty upon arrival.
