Returns
Headlights may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is:
Unused and has not been installed
In its original condition
Free of scratches, damage, modifications, or signs of installation
Returned with all original packaging, hardware, and accessories
A valid proof of purchase may be required for all returns.
Defective or Damaged Headlights
If your headlight arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order information and photos showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement or refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Headlights that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return unless the issue is determined to be a manufacturer defect or the item was damaged or incorrect when received.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or was shipped incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping costs when the claim is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
