Condition Notes: This tank is in beautiful cosmetic condition on the outside, but it is being sold \"as-is / for parts or repair\" due to heavy internal rust. The exterior paint and clear coat are highly glossy and in great shape, showing only a few minor clear-coat scratches and typical light wear from age. The side emblems are intact and secure. There are no visible dents on the exterior, and the structural mounting tabs are completely solid. However, looking down the filler neck reveals significant rust scaling inside the tank. There are no visible pinhole leaks through the exterior shell, so this tank is highly salvageable for someone willing to treat/seal the inside (using a product like POR-15 or Kreem) before use. Please review all photos carefully to verify the exact condition. Sold as-is.
