Warranty
This part is covered by a One Year Manufacture Warranty. MTS Company, L.C. parts are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will replace any part shown within one year from the date of purchase to be defective in materials or workmanship. No other warranty is made or expressed or implied. Our liability shall be limited to the cost of replacing the part. No labor cost, loss, expense, or lost opportunity suffered or incurred by any person or entity directly or indirectly arising from the use of any of our products is included or covered by this warranty. The use of any part on a vehicle other than the model it was designed for voids this and any other warranty coverage. The use of any part on a vehicle other than the model it was designed for is neither recommended nor encouraged. Modifying any part voids this and any other warranty coverage. T-Rex Auto Parts will file a warranty claim on the customers behalf, but all warranty claims are approved or denied by MTS Company, L.C.
Payment
We accept all payment options offered by including PayPal. We ship to the verified address specified with the payment. Payment must be received before any/all parts can ship. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, shipped and a tracking number will be provided through the notification system.
Shipping
We ship via FedEx and USPS mail throughout the United States and International USPS shipping where available. If you utilize a PO Box for your mail, your PO Box addressmustbe included with your order. FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box so a physical address must also be included with your shipping information. If an order is returned to T-Rex Auto Parts due to an incorrect/insufficient/no such address (which is determined by USPS/FedEx not T-Rex Auto Parts), we will contact you for the correct address along with a Shipping Invoice to collect monies for the second attempt at shipping. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

If you need an order shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States, please use our shipping tab for the best shipping options. If our shipping tab does not offer an option to ship or it states shipping is still FREE, but you are outside the 48 contiguous states, a Shipping Invoice can/will be emailed to you for payment before the part will ship. If you are unable to complete the purchase because there is not a shipping option, please contact us so we can put an order together which will include the shipping costs. If you do not want or are unable to pay for the Shipping Invoice, the order will be cancelled, and monies refunded.
