Our items are shippedfrom multiple locations throughout the United States. The item purchased willbe delivered in 3-7 business days after shipment.
Items above $250 dorequire a signature at delivery
All packages that arereturned to us by FedEx as undeliverable are subject to an additional shippingcharge to reship the item.

If a replacement is needed,you will receive the same model as the item you have won. Our warranty expires30 days from the date of delivery.
Turn around time oncethe non-working item is received, is 1-3 business days, depending on the extentof testing required. We do require the unitto be sent back before areplacement can be sent.Our warranty does not cover misuse, water damage,or excessive use.
