This is a starterREBUILT by me. I have over 50 years experience rebuilding alternators,generators and starters. It has been disassembled, cleaned and tested. Thearmature turned and shaft trued. It has new bushings and brushes as needed. It is then reassembled, lubed and tested. Itspins free on the test bench .
A DECENT ORIGINAL SMALL LABEL is still on this 714L starter.
A new switch is installed.

I have beenrebuilding generators and starters since September 1960. I can remember thinking at that time “I surehope I don’t have to do this for the rest of my life”. Well… that was over 60years ago and 10’s of thousands of rebuilds later. Only now I am enjoying doingthese units and selling them on .
