If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in an un-used condition in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange. The refund/Exchange will not include postage/ costs. Please note you MUST contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any part. Any parcel without the Return Authorization Number will be rejected

Some of the packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Customer is responsible to ensure PO Box address given is deliverable by the shipping company. Package will be held until a valid physical address is provided.
Customer assumes shipping charges incurred in shipping to undeliverable address.
We ship 98% of all orders the same or next business day after payment received/cleared. Please understand that once orders are shipped, we cannot control the transit times thereafter. Most orders will ship via USPS First Class/Priority Mail or FedEx/UPS or the best suitable carrier for the specific size of the product.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via messaging within 24 hours for assistance. If item arrives damaged, it is important to keep all packaging materials that item arrive in. As well please take pictures of damaged item. This is needed in order to file a claim with shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for any changes to address after item has been shipped.
