Item condition: Definitions
Checked, good used - a part that was previously used and has been removed from an engine/transmission cutout, inspected for tolerances, and in has been passed through a parts cleaner. (This applies to items like our engine and transmission hard parts.)
New - a part that is sold in its original packaging from the manufacturer. (This applies to items like transmission rebuild kits, frictions, steels, filters, gaskets, etc.)
Re-manufactured - a part that was used previously and has been restored to meet or exceeds OEM standards. (This applies to items like valve bodies.)
Lifetime warranty - if our part number contains a \'WTY\" in the beginning, you are looking at a part that we will replace for you for the life of the vehicle. This means no matter what and no matter when, if that part becomes defective, we will replace it FOR FREE!!! (You simply cover the freight costs.)
Buyers should know:
History of used parts: We take tremendous pride in what we sell, but we do have some limitations when it comes knowing our parts\' history. Our used parts are taken out of engine/transmission cutouts from various sources. As a result, we DO NOT KNOW the detailed history of those parts. (mileage, etc.)
Rebuild kits and other \'New\' items cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened. If you think you may wish to return them, inspect the contents carefully prior to opening their sealed packaging.
Pumps are taken apart in-house. Please make sure you carefully look over your pump and tighten all bolts prior to installation.
Valve Bodies are sold as remanufactured. All parts that are worn are replaced with either OEM parts or Sonnax rebuild parts. Usually they are sold with solenoids intact - as pictured. Also, our pictures may or may not show a wiring harness. In many cases they ARE NOT included because they are often damaged during removal.
Drums are shipped out (in most cases) with the clutches still in them - as pictured.
