Returns
This trunk lock can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this trunk lock must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.
If this trunk lock has been installed, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.

Warranty
This trunk lock is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 30 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this trunk lock has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.
Known issues inherent to this trunk lock may not be covered.
Refunds and exchanges apply exclusively to this trunk lock only. No compensation will be provided for any additional expenses incurred. These uncovered costs include labor, rental cars, additional parts, fluids, materials, tools, and similar items.
