you can see from the pictures. This particular shifter lever is designed to specifically fit anyTremec TKO500 &TKO600 & Borg Warner T-56 Transmissions with the standard 2 bolt flange.

We also includes hardware with this shifter lever, the included shift knob stud has standard3/8 - 16 thread pitch, which accepts a number of shift knob available in the market today, such as the ball style &other popular styles.
