Set the spacer over the hub bore, hang your factory wheel, and thread the extended cone seat bolts in by hand until the tapered seats touch down evenly.

Hand-start every bolt to avoid cross-threading. 03 Torque In A Star Pattern

Tighten with a 17 mm socket in a star pattern to the vehicle maker's torque spec, then recheck every bolt after the first short drive.
