Any shipping damage must be reported immediately with photos of the package and the damaged item.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only when the issue is our responsibility, including situations where:
We shipped the wrong item.
The item is materially different from the listing description.
The item has an undisclosed defect that existed before shipment.
We do not accept returns simply because the buyer changed their mind, no longer needs the item, ordered the wrong part, failed to verify compatibility, or decided not to complete the repair.
Buyer is responsible for verifying the part number, fitment, and compatibility before purchase.
If a return is approved for a reason that is not caused by our error, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fee, to the extent permitted by policy.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. Parts that have been installed, modified, disassembled, damaged, tampered with, or have had our identification marks removed or altered may not qualify for a refund, subject to policy.
WARRANTY
Unless otherwise specifically stated in the individual listing, any warranty applies to the part itself only.
Labor costs, installation costs, programming, coding, calibration, towing, transportation, diagnostic charges, loss of use, or other consequential expenses are not covered.
Electronic modules and certain vehicle components may require professional installation, programming, coding, calibration, or initialization after installation.
