Getting your items to you quickly and safely is very important to us we are partnered with different courier services for different items depending on the size and value to ensure we are offering the best solution for you, with most items dispatched same or the next working day. Order placed on a Friday after 2pm will be shipped the following Monday with the only exception being public holidays. Returns
Van Tek Glass customers can return the products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund and the buyer is responsible for the safe return of the products to us. Buyer should pack items well in original box to protect from damages and make sure that all the fitting equipment has been included. Before refunding we check the contents are in a saleable condition, if the glass is damaged unfortunately no refund can be given. Please contact us with the return reason before shipping it back, if there is a proven issue we will email you free return labels. Items ordered incorrectly would be the buyers responsibility for return costs.
