Terms and conditions for the buyers
We consign all our items after ensuring they are safe and in working order before loading.To ensure that the same order has been consigned, the buyer's responsibility is to have a thorough check up of each item.The buyer has also to ensure that only that item is received which was seen and ordered in the pictures.There can be a slight difference in multi-items consignment but they will be the same for all intents and purposes.However negligible scratches may happen during loading or unloading while shipment.Therefore before receiving the purchased item,the buyer must cross match the part number ofthe item with the one seen in the pictures.Terms of warranty
A limited warranty of 30 days is placed on every item for return; therefore the buyer must checkthe originality and functionality of each item in order to be entitled to our return policy.But warranty of an item is invalid if an item or any part thereof has been dissembled or damaged by the buyer.
Our payment procedure
Payment via Paypal is acceptable only. If other than Paypal, then we must be contacted first.
Our Return Policy
Return policy is offered in cases where the received item is either damaged or is totally different from the one shown in picture.Therefore, all returns must be made within the stipulated 30 days time. The item will be refunded after thorough check up of the item concerned.The return policy also include the coverage of shipment charges.Shipment policy
Our shipment facility is available worldwide. It depends on the buyer which destination he/she would like to receive shipment.A buyer can receive shipment at our facility in japan. Normally it takes 7 business day to complete shipment and the working days are from Thursday to Sunday.Shipment address is mentioned above and normally it is consigned within 24 hours. Delivery of shipment ranges from 15 to 20 days.Tracking number is put on as early as shipment is completed.
