Unusedand undamaged items can be sent back for an exchange or refunds. Wecarefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance ofrefunds, credits, or exchanges.
For returns, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. please make surethat you have the right model and year of car.
For return items, buyers agrees to pay for the return shipping cost.
All returns and replacements must bepre-approved, please contact us at before you send back the items,otherwise you won\'t get the refund or replacement although you sendback the items.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insuredfor the full purchase price andshipped via a traceable means (e.g. FED EX or USPS with DeliveryConfirmation)
Pick up service is not available for returnmerchandise.
In the case of our error, missing items or wrong kit,please contact us within 30 days ofreceiving the item. We will take care of all the shipping charge andno restocking fee will be charged.
Upon inspection, items found tobe unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in originalundamaged packaging will becredited less any applicable restocking or re-boxing fee. Items foundto be correct per the application, used, installed, not resalable, orwith missing or damaged original product packaging will not becredited and the item will bereturned to the customer, if requested, at the customer\'s expense.
