The Seat belt is in very good condition with wear as shown. Survivor! In my opinion I dont think this belt has ever been used, or if it has been used it was for a short time. The red webbing still appears very nice, not our expertise so not sure if it was replaced at some point, i doubt it as it was bought from a collection. The original box is rough. No hardware mounting bag, the manual is not for this seat belt but was with it when we purchased so is included. Questions are always welcome. The buckle may need a polish but does appear very nice w/ the blue chevy bowtie. Not exactly sure what it fits. See pics for details. Thanks for looking!ToddY6166
