2.Cleaning:All components are subjected to a rigorous cleaning process to remove any built-up deposits, carbon residues, or contaminants.
3.Inspection:Each component is closely examined for wear, damage, or signs of corrosion. Any parts that do not meet the required specifications are replaced.
4.Replacement of Worn Parts:Damaged or worn components like o-rings, seals, filters, spacers, springs, caps are replaced with new OEM high-quality parts.
5.Testing:Remanufactured injectors go through a series of tests to ensure they meet factory standards. This includes ultrasonic cleaning, flow testing and matching +-2%, leak testing and spray pattern analysis to ensure proper fuel delivery.

7.Assembly:Once all components pass inspection and testing, they are reassembled into a complete fuel injector.
