Marine Heat Exchanger 18 3/4” long by 3 1/2” diameter US STOCK SAME DAY SHIPPING Product Description： This high quality marine heat exchanger has copper-nickel tubes and end caps to resist corrosion and marine growth. Only the closed circulation coolant contacts the aluminum alloy body. This is a great unit to replace your old, rusted, leaking or clogged heat exchanger or for use in a new installation. The raw water connections are 1 ¾” (45mm) hose and the closed system connections are female thread 22mm by 1.5mm pitch. This is a standard metric plumbing size. You can drill this out larger and tap to other sizes if required. The core length is about 15.7" long. The overall external length is about 18.75" and about 3.5" in diameter external size. This has 592 sqin of cooling area and is rated for 120 hp Diesels with closed cooled exhaust manifold. For gasoline engines with raw water cooled exhaust manifold it can cool engines with up to 240 hp or more. Many customers have used this for 350 ci V8 engines with up to about 290 hp. Cooling capacity is also dependent on flow rates. For gasoline motors with closed cooled exhaust manifold (not common) the capacity is more near that of the Diesel engines with closed cooled exhaust manifold.
