Condition is new . Never mounted. In original packaging. Sometimes it will not come with paper tag or original bag if pictured because it was package in bulk from manufacturer.
Please research part number for specifications to ensure this will work for your model/year (most parts fit various models/years). Please do not ask for measurements of new parts.
