There is the Number of points that must be kept in mind before taking measurement written below as under.
Measurement should take by any other person you cannot take your exact measure by yourself.
Measurement of the parts should be same as the body parts as per the diagram provide.

2-Elbow round:Measure at elbow bent to circumference
3-Bicep round:Measure bicep at your widest round point
4-Neck round:Measure your neck round under your front neck bone.

6-Waist round: Measure below 5cm from bally button of the waist.
