If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused . It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Over-abused, burned, oiled goods are not allowed to be returned for a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send us your purchase before being approved for a return/refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) the product has been used. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exedy clutch kits are sold with the manufacturer warranty of 24 months or 30,000 miles. All warranty claims must be made prior to shipping the product back. Please contact us first to begin the warranty claim with EXEDY. An RMA number will be issued if the product is defective or in need of further inspection. Upon receipt of the product, PRC will then ship the product to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. If the product is determined to be defective, PRC will issue a full refund for the product and all incurred shipping charges. PRC does not and will not refund or compensate any labor or installation cost.
