International Exhaust makes no representation or warranty that the purchase, installation or use of International Exhausts is authorised in your jurisdiction. Please carefully check local laws regarding the fitment of after-market exhausts, sound, emissions and other environmental controls.
For example, California (and some other states) in the USA does not permit the use of aftermarket parts, devices, or systems that alter the performance of OEM emission-related devices, such as catalytic converters or oxygen sensors other than on racing vehicles on closed courses. In some States, use of a muffler that emits ?excessive or unusual noise?, and other states that additionally prohibit modifications if they cause the muffler to emit more noise than the original, factory installed muffler.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Our warranty follows industry standard guidelines. All of our exhaust systems are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase. This does not cover finishes such as plating, Polishing or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the system, which may be proven defective under normal use. This product has a manufacturer warranty for mechanical defects. Please check for proper fitment after installing your exhaust. If you have any questions regarding the product DO NOT start the vehicle. It will void the warranty.
We will not warranty any system that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, or modified.
Dealers or distributors are not authorised to make decisions regarding warranties or returns binding upon INTERNATIONAL EXHAUST INC. We will not be responsible for any labour charges incurred in removing or replacing any system under warranty. All returns must be accompanied by a return ID and a copy of the purchase invoice.
Returns and Refunds Policy

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. Shipping cost & restocking charges may apply.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn\'t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You have initiated a return request
- You obtained a Return Label from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
