Parts that are heavyweight/bulky such as springs, wheels, hubs, drums, hoods, fenders and body parts, brake shoes, etc. are EXEMPT from our free shipping program. Orders shipped outside of the United States will be EXEMPT from our free shipping program. Free shipping only applies to shipping addresses located within the Lower Continental 48 States. Any product(s) being shipped out of the Lower Continental 48 States, including AK & HI are EXEMPT from free shipping. Also, our listings are for EACHES, not bulk packs.
