If you received an incorrect, faulty, or defective item (excluding electronics), please contact us via messages for us to best resolve the issue as soon as possible. There is no need for negative response, as mistakes do happen, but we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue!
We do NOT accept returns because of buyer\'s remorse, simple mind changes, or accidental ordering (if you accidentally ordered an item, contact us IMMEDIATELY, once the item is shipped we can not cancel accidents!)
