Q1: How do I ensure the bulbs are suitable for my vehicle?
Check compatibility, consult your owner's manual, or contact us with your vehicle make/model/year via message.
Q2: What if I get a dashboard error message or flickering?
Our LED headlight bulbs are plug-and-play and CANBUS compatible. The warning canceller solves any errors or flickering.
Q3: What if no side lights up or both flicker/blink?
Check the headlight fuses and ballast connectors for correct installation. Your car may need a relay or resistor if this does not work.
Q4: How do I get the best light output?
Ensure the LED chips face left and right (3-9 o'clock) and the lamp body remains vertical at 12-6 o'clock. Watch the installation video on the product detail page.
Q5: What if there is a quality problem?
Send us an message and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
Q6: What if the bulbs don't fit my vehicle?
Check the bulb size and consult us with a photo of your bulbs and socket if you have special sockets like H1, H3, H7.
Q7: What if there is no low beam or DRL function?
The brightness may be subtle between high beam, low beam, and daytime running lights. Contact us for an obvious model. Bevinsee V1 and A18 series H4 socket is single-beam.
Q8: What is the polarity warning?
Check the polarity when connecting the plug. If the LED bulb doesn't light up or function correctly after installation, turn the plug around to reconnect it.You may also like:
