Hand Tighten Studs into Block
Use Assembly Lube only on Threads that the nuts will contact (assembly lube not required for the side that goes into the block
Tighten in a criss/cross pattern in 3 Steps:
30 ft lbs
60 ft lbs
90 ft lbs (Final Torque Value)
