- 30days start up warranty on the head and block only, &(transmission if included) starts from the day you receive the product.
- No warranty on the external parts (e.g. Electronic parts, timing belt, water pump, belts, seals, spark plugs, spark plug wires, sensors etc
- Inthe unlikely event that the item needs to be returned, please contactJDM Tennessee for authorizationcode.
- Freight must beprepaid, if any item is shipped collect or without (ReturnAuthorization code) will be refused immediately.
- Theengine must be returned in the same condition it was sent, all missingparts will be charged to customer at its retail price.
- We willrequire a detailed written description (work order) of the describeddefective part from a certified mechanic only.
- Upon completionof the test of returned item and if your claim is determined to bevalid, we will notify you for replacement or refund.
- If during inspection we discover that theitem was damaged or destroyed while under the client\'s possession, wewill not issue any refund or form of compensation.
- The purchaseprice represents the cost of the long block only (i.e. cylinder headand short block only) or transmission.
- The add-on partson the engine sold by JDM Tennessee are left attached for testingpurpose only, for your convenience and are free of charge.
- Pleaseinspect the delivered item in the presence of the delivery personneland insure that the item is not damaged before signing the releasedocuments, failure to do so may result in a denial claim against theshipping company.
- Tennessee JDMmotors will not beheld responsible if the engine purchased does not fit into thedesignated vehicle. Before purchasing the engine/transmission, thecustomer must verify that the engine will fit into said vehicle
