Shipping:
Orders generally ship via Federal Express or USPS depending on weight and/or destination. Hoods must go to business address or residential charge applies.
Returns:
• Prior to returning any item, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA). Orders returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Returns must be made within 6-months: If your return is made within 30-days, we will issue a full refund. After 30-days, but before 6-months, we will issue a store credit.
• Items must be returned in new condition and in original packaging.
