Shipping Policies:

• Free standard shipping 2-5 (business days) applying only to the continental United States. International shipping rates apply everywhere outside of the continental US. (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Alaska will require additional shipping charge)
• Please note that we will only ship to an address provided on at the check out, P.O. Boxes are no accepted.
• All tires purchased before 1:00pm (13:00) PST will be shipped the same day.
• Orders processed 1:00pm (13:00) PST will be shipped the same or the following day.
• To pass our shipping savings on to you, we may alternate between FedEx, UPS depending on which is most affordable and/or faster.

Return Policy:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of the Buyer receiving the item.
• Only tires that have not been driven and/or mounted are ineligible for returns.
• We will cover return costs only in the cases where the wrong item was shipped, there was damage caused by transportation or manufacturer defects were present. In all other cases, the Buyer is responsible for the return costs.
• A full refund to the Buyer’s original payment method will be processed as soon as the returned item has been received.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any labor costs related to the installation and/or removal of the items we sell.
• The Buyer bears the responsibility to check if the item they’re purchasing has specs that are compatible with their vehicle.
