ReturnPolicy
All returnsmust include a copy of the invoice. If the invoice is lost and cannot be locatedthe return will be delayed.

Items mustbe returned in new condition with original packaging.
All returnsdue to our error will receive a full refund, including shipping. All other returnswill incur a 20% restocking fee and no reimbursement of shipping fees.
Electricalparts are not returnable for any reason except in cases where the part is defectiveor the part was looked up incorrectly. Once an electrical part has been installedit can only be returned if found to be defective.
Cores forre-manufactured parts must be returned to us in the original box will all the coretags attached. All cores must be fully assembled and with no external damage.
All truckorders must be inspected upon receipt, if there is any damage is must be noted onthe bill of lading. If damage is found after the shipment is accepted the carriermust be notified within 48 hours to be able to file a concealed damage claim.
Warranty
A 180-daywarranty provided by the manufacturer applies to all items sold, unless otherwisestated. The manufacturer warrants all parts to be free from factory defects in workmanshipand materials.
It coversthe replacement of a defective part within the original warranty period. If a replacementis not available, a full refund for the cost of the part, only, will be issued.
Shippingand handling are not refundable. We shall issue a replacement for the defectivepart at no extra cost to the customer, limited to the original 180-day warrantyperiod.
However,the buyer is required to send back the defective part at his/her own expense. Mostof our products come direct from the manufacturer and are intended for jobber purposes,instruction manuals may not be included.
Installationby a professional is recommended in order to avoid damage to the product. Warrantymay be voided due to improper installation.
Our liabilityunder no circumstances shall exceed the amount of the original sale The warrantydoes not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation,alteration or modifications.
The warrantydoes not cover cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear, and consequentialor subsequent damages.
