You are responsible for packaging your part securely to prevent any damage during transit. We will return it using the same packaging. If the cluster arrives damaged, we will provide you with a picture of the condition upon receipt.3.No warrantyWe are not responsible for gauge cluster function. You likely purchased the gauge cluster used and are unaware of any issues that it may have. We change the mileage only, most of the time we do not even need to open the cluster, we just connect it through the CANbus so our service does not effect function. We do test the cluster to see that we corrected the odometer properly and if we notice any issues with the clusters function, we will contact you to see if you\'d like to get it serviced.3.OurGuarantyWe do guaranty that we will correct the odometer to within 100 miles of mileage requested.LEGAL INFO

It is not a criminal offense to adjust a vehicle odometer reading; however, selling a vehicle with the intention to defraud the odometer reading is a criminal offense. The dash cluster must reflect actual vehicle mileage. This service is for someone that replaced the gauge cluster and now the cluster shows the wrong mileage.

Note: If you replaced the engine and now want to set the odometer reading to 0 or to the engine mileage. Replacing the engine is not a valid reason to rollback the odometer reading. Just because your engine is new does not make the vehicle new. Mileage on the cluster must reflect the mileage of the vehicle.
