Chase threads for line bolts before you install. They put so much paint on it they plugged the threads with paint and the lines will not tighten down. So had to take compressor out a second time and chase threads and blow paint out of them. Talk about several hours of labor lost! Do yourself a favor buy new not remanufactured!!! Also no paperwork in box saying if they had added oil. Had to ask twice before I got a response they claimed I never sent first response until I took a screenshot of it

This customer was belligerent and rude in the entire process. Was messaging us a couple hours after the purchase wondering why the item wasn't shipped. All the information is in the box and on the listing and we also reply within 24hrs to any questions. As for the chase threads, they never brought this to our attention. But they obviously do not know how to do PRE INSPECTION, prior to installing a part.....

Excellent communication with seller. Fairly fast shipping via postal service. However, upon opening the box, the wire to the AC clutch was pinched/compromised. and a return process started to just get a full refund. May have been damaged during shipping, but they used expanding foam packing to maximize product from damage. So if you find a problem, please be patient for them to reply & resolve your issue. Also, it's imperative that you follow installation procedures for the warranty!

While the wrong part was sent, they provided a return shipping label and a full refund nice I shipped back. While I didn’t get the fix I needed they did handle the issue great and I would recommend them as a good ebayer to buy from. They stand behind their product and offer great customer service.
