New in open package. I had to open the package to see the part number. The paper was folded the wrong way to see part number.
Plastic has oil or something on it. It is still a little dusty from being stored.
Part doesn\'t appear to have a lot of scratches from what I could tell.
Includes mounting hardware and instructions
This is suppose to fit the kodiak 400 and 450s. This may fit others with the same frame configuration as well.
