Very unusual old complete lighting assembly consisting of two genuine YANKEE Model 120 chrome bullet lights with dark red glass lenses, mounted on a heavy cast-aluminum bracket.
This complete assembly was found exactly this way in an old cabinet at a trust/estate sale. The lights were already mounted to the bracket when found and have not been assembled by me.
Both lamp housings are marked YANKEE 120. These vintage Yankee bullet lamps are known as period automotive and motorcycle accessory lights and are commonly associated with vintage Harley-Davidson, Indian, hot rod, custom and restoration applications.
The lamps measure approximately 2-1/4 inches across and approximately 2-3/4 inches long. Please see the photographs with the tape measure for dimensions of the lamps and bracket.
Both lamps retain old wiring and mounting hardware. The red lenses appear to be glass. Chrome is very presentable for its age with normal scratches, oxidation and age-related wear.
The cast-aluminum bracket is substantial and appears quite old. I have not been able to positively identify the exact motorcycle or vehicle application, and I am not representing the bracket as a factory Harley-Davidson part. It may be an early aftermarket or custom motorcycle accessory bracket.
The assembly has not been electrically tested and is being sold as a vintage collectible/restoration part.
This would make an outstanding period accessory for a Harley-Davidson, Indian, Knucklehead, Panhead, Flathead, bobber, chopper, antique motorcycle or traditional hot rod project.
Please study all photographs carefully. You will receive the complete twin-light/bracket assembly exactly as pictured.
Rare original vintage setup — not newly assembled.
